BAZARIA PLATFORM GOVERNANCE PROTOCOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OFFICIAL GLOBAL NETWORK SECTION 1: 

THE SOVEREIGN LIVING ECONOMY FRAMEWORK By accessing the Bazaria ecosystem, digital storefronts, or secure transactional  routing networks, all interacting parties—herein classified as Buyers, Merchants,  Listing Agents, and License Holders—agree to bind their operations to this living  economy. This platform operates as an decentralized institutional layer designed to  enforce complete transactional transparency, execution integrity, and absolute asset  verification. If you do not agree to this platform protocol, your access clearance  is automatically rescinded.  

SECTION 2: BUYER TRANS-ACTUAL OBLIGATIONS & VAULT TIMERS 

2.1 Verification and Due Diligence: Buyers retain sole responsibility for reviewing  the immutable asset specifications, provenance records, and historical ledgers of an  asset prior to committing an atomic bid or initializing a "Buy Now" checkout event. 2.2 Finality of Clearance: All cleared transactions, auction hammer drops, and  executed purchase intents are structurally final. No cancellations or capital  reversals are permitted unless an asset is verified by a Regional License Holder  to be materially non-compliant with its immutable cryptographic registry. 2.3 The 48-Hour Capital Vault Interlock: Upon winning an active auction or locking a  "Buy Now" agreement, the Buyer must clear the full capital valuation allocation into  the designated Bazaria Vault Node within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to clear  funds within this temporal window constitutes a protocol violation. Bazaria retains  the absolute right to liquidate the lock, cancel the transaction, or seamlessly  extend the purchase clearance right to the next-highest ranked ledger bidder. 2.4 Transactional Logistics: The Buyer remains responsible for localized logistics  tariffs, specialized cross-border customs declarations, shipping premiums, and  applicable sovereign taxes.  

SECTION 3: MERCHANT & ASSET REGISTER OBLIGATIONS 

3.1 Ledger Accuracy: All asset submissions uploaded via the Category Intake Protocol  must be materially accurate, complete, and legally unencumbered. Misleading, replica,  or unverified luxury assets will be instantly sequestered, and the associated  storefront node will be locked pending an authorized compliance audit. 3.2 Exclusivity and Hammer Enforcement: Once an asset’s established Reserve Price  is met or exceeded via the live auction engine, the Merchant cannot alter, withdraw,  or rescind the asset from the ecosystem. The asset is contractually bound to the  ledger settlement. 3.3 Settlement Handshake: A sale is recognized as legally absolute when the atomic  escrow parameters are fulfilled—specifically, when verified capital is confirmed inside  the Bazaria Vault and the asset logistics routing pipeline is opened.  

SECTION 4: FINANCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE & SETTLEMENT SETS 

4.1 Accepted Settlement Mediums: Bazaria processes capital flows through institutional  gateways. Approved formats include Major Bank Credit Instruments, authorized ERC-20  Stablecoins/Cryptographic assets via verified Web3 wallets, verified merchant clearing accounts,  and certified bank drafts or bank wires upon physical logistics arrival. 4.2 Platform Subsidy Incentives: To ensure absolute buyer network trust, Bazaria  absorbs the core 3% standard digital merchant processing friction fees, rendering a  clean, unburdened capital entry interface for high-end collectors. 4.3 Merchant Payout Distributions: Upon verified tracking activation, transport hand-off,  and buyer node receipt verification, the protocol automatically triggers the release of  funds to the Merchant’s registry account, disbursed via automated clearing house (ACH)  bank networks or cryptographic wallet distribution, minus platform performance commissions.  

SECTION 5: INTEGRATED LOGISTICS, CARRIER CALL TAGS, & STORAGE LIMITS 

5.1 Standard Freight Call Tags: For assets conforming to standard cargo dimension metrics  (e.g., fine jewelry, high-end apparel, luxury watches), Bazaria generates automated carrier  labels and digital Call Tags directly through its cloud infrastructure. 5.2 Heavy-Duty Mobility & Sanctuary Routing: For non-standard asset classifications—including  vehicles, trucks, heavy industrial equipment, and sanctuary real estate profiles—freight and  title transfer operations are structured on an insulated case-by-case basis. Local escrow pick-up  or specialized global logistics carrier routing will be enforced. 5.3 Non-Warehousing Declaration: Bazaria operates strictly as a transactional routing network  and data infrastructure layer. **Bazaria does not own, warehouse, store, or physically hold  any assets.** All real-world inventory remains under the continuous physical stewardship of  the listing Merchant until the definitive logistics hand-off is initiated.  

SECTION 6: PROHIBITED OPERATIONAL CONDUCT 

Any attempt to bypass the platform's escrow systems (off-platform transactions), engage in  fraudulent bid-rigging, falsify identity metrics, or disrupt secure mailbox communications  will result in an immediate terminal review, absolute forfeit of platform privileges, and  automatic reporting to regional legal authorities.
