ListToBid Terms & Conditions

1. General Agreement

By using ListToBid, buyers and sellers agree to participate in a living economy built on transparency, fairness, and mutual respect. These terms govern all interactions on the platform.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

- Buyers must review listing details and ask clarifying questions before bidding or purchasing.

- All sales are final unless the item is materially different from the listing description.

- Buyers pay shipping costs and applicable taxes.

- ListToBid arranges pickup from the seller via call tag and ships the item to the buyer. Tracking info is provided once available.

- Payment must be completed within 48 hours of agreement. If not, ListToBid may withdraw the offer or extend it to the next best offer.

3. Seller Responsibilities

- Listings must be materially accurate. Misleading listings may be removed.

- Sellers must make items available for pickup once sold.

- Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries promptly.

- Once the reserve price is met and a buyer agrees to purchase, the seller must honor the sale and may not withdraw the offer.

- A sale is considered complete once the price is agreed and payment is received.

4. Payment Terms

Buyer to ListToBid:

- Accepted methods: Credit card, ERC-20 crypto, PayPal, cashier’s check or money order at delivery.

- Payment must be completed within 48 hours.

ListToBid to Seller:

- Seller proceeds are remitted via ACH bank transfer or mailed check after payment and pickup confirmation.

5. Shipping & Pickup Policy

- If an item can be handled by standard carriers (UPS, FedEx), ListToBid arranges pickup and delivery.

- For larger or special items (e.g. vehicles), delivery options are explored on a case-by-case basis. Local pickup may be required.

- ListToBid does not store or warehouse any items. All items remain with the seller until pickup or delivery.

6. Platform Commitments

- ListToBid provides infrastructure for listings, bidding, and transactions but does not own or inspect items.

- ListToBid absorbs the 3% credit card fee to ensure buyer trust.

- In cases of material inaccuracy, ListToBid may review the listing and facilitate resolution.

7. Prohibited Conduct

- Fraud, harassment, or off-platform transactions may result in removal or account review.

8. Modifications

ListToBid reserves the right to update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
